Hi, my name is Scott Portlock. I was born and raised in Arvada, Colorado.
After high school, I moved to New York City for school and spent six years
there before moving to Los Angeles, where I lived for another six years.
Eventually, I decided it was time to come home to Colorado to be closer to
family and begin my career in real estate.

I’ve now been in the real estate industry for 13 years, with the past 10
years focused specifically on property management. Over that time, I’ve
realized that property management is truly where I want to be long-term. I
genuinely enjoy what I do—from helping people find the right homes to
building strong relationships with owners and residents and making sure
properties are well maintained and operations run smoothly.

For me, property management isn’t simply a job—it’s a career I’m passionate
about and one I plan to continue building for years to come.
