- No heat if outside temperature is < 50 degrees
- No air conditioning if outside temperature is > 85 degrees

NON-URGENT
- Appliance other than refrigerator not working
- Slow leak that can be contained
- Heating/air conditioning not working when temperatures are moderate
TENANT RESPONSIBILITY
- Changing air filters
- Changing water filters
- Changing burnt out light bulbs
- Tightening screws on doorknobs and towel bars
